From I-20E, exit onto Route 6 and follow Route 6 into Lexington. Route 6 joins 378, and splits off again. At the split, bear right to follow 378. Stay on 378 for maybe half a mile. Holidy Inn Express will be on the right hand side of 378, more or less opposite a Walmart Supercenter and next door to a Ryan's Steakhouse.

From I-20W or from I-26, exit onto Route 378 and follow Route 378 into Lexington. Stay on 378 for three or four miles. Holiday Inn Express will be on the left hand side of 378, more or less opposite a Walmart supercenter and next door to a Ryan's Steakhouse.

From I-26E, take Exit 110. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp (onto Route 378), and then make a right at the next traffic light to follow the frontage road beside I-26. The Hampton Inn will be on your left, near a Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse.

From I-20, take I-26E (toward Charleston) and follow directions given above.

From I-26, take I-20W and follow directions below.

From I-20W, exit onto Route 6 and follow Route 6 into Lexington. When Route 6 joins Route 378, turn left and follow 378. Just after this turn, the Hampton Inn will be on your right, a little past an Applebee's Restaurant.

From I-20E, exit onto US 1 and follow US 1 into Lexington. When US 1 joins 378, turn right onto 378. About a half mile from the US 1/378 junction, the Hampton Inn will be on your left, just before 378 joins up with Route 6. The Hampton Inn is almost next door to an Applebee's Restaurant.
