Works with Coach to maintain record of personal-best times. A personal-best time is initially determined with respect to time trials taken at the start of the season. (Personal-Best ribbons are not awarded for time trials.) Maintains supply of Personal-Best ribbons, procuring additional ribbons through a local supplier as needed. Fills out and awards Personal-Best ribbons to swimmers as they are achieved.
