Time to be at the pool for a 6:00pm meet: 4:45pm
At home meets, make sure pool are is ready and personnel is in place. Set up announcer with microphone and announcement schedule. In case of inclement weather, work with other team rep. to maintain safety. Call in score at end of meet.
