Time to be at the pool for a 6:00pm meet: 6:00pm or later

At home meets, bring cold drinks (e.g., cans in ice, or bottled drinks with cups) and serve them to meet personnel of both teams (40-45 people for an A-meet, fewer for a B-meet) about half-way through the meet. Get reimbursed by treasurer.
